The Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy allows two bouncers per game

Only one bounce per over has been allowed so far.

The internal T20 tournament, which will also introduce a new version of the Strike Player rule, will begin on October 16.

Teams may use Impact Player at any time during a match. In the previous Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy season, a team could only use the Impact Player until the 14th inning. Teams will have to select their playing XI and 4 substitute players before the toss.
