Dravid also said that for the time being, the batter-kicker will remain with the NCA and a decision on his participation in the tournament will be made on September 4.
NCA will keep an eye on him for the next few days while we are on the road. We will re-evaluate on Sept. 4 and make a decision then. But things are looking good. He will be unavailable for the first two matches, Dravid added.
India host Pakistan to open the tournament on September 2 and Nepal on September 4.
