‘I want him to be carried on his shoulders’: Virender Sehwag wants Virat Kohli to be celebrated like Sachin Tendulkar after the ODI World Cup ends

They played together during India’s memorable 2011 World Cup when a young Kohli hoisted Tendulkar on his shoulders after beating Sri Lanka in the final.

Former India player Virender Sehwag, who was part of the 2011 World Cup squad, expressed his wish that if India wins the 2023 World Cup, Kohli would be given a similar reception.
