Rohit, who led the Mumbai Indians to qualification 2 in the recently concluded Indian Premier League season, arrived in England after his team’s loss to the Gujarat Titans early last week.
He was also accompanied by Rajasthan Royals player Yashaswi Jaiswal, who was included in the Indian squad for the final match as a substitute in place of Ruthuraj Gaikwad, who is due to get married later this week.
On Monday, BCCI tweeted photos of Virat Kohli, Cheteshwar Pujara and Jaidev Unadkat arriving at the training base, captioned Arrival Alert, @imVkohli, @cheteshwar1 and @JUnadkat are here.
Twitter also posted pictures of other Indian players training, including Umesh Yadav and Mohammed Siraj.
Last week, Umesh Yadav and Shardul Thakur were among the first group of Indian players to begin training for the final at The Oval on June 7.
