BCCI announces the release of 14,000 tickets for the much awaited India vs Pakistan match to be played on October 14, 2023 in Ahmedabad. Ticket sales for the match will begin on October 8, 2023 from 12 noon ET. Fans can purchase tickets on the official website https://tickets.cricketworldcup.com,&#8221, the board said in a statement.

This is not the first time the BCCI has released additional tickets for the extravaganza, with around 400,000 more tickets released last month.

The India-Pakistan encounter is the most awaited match of this World Cup and the BCCI is hopeful that the stands will be filled to capacity. After the match between England and New Zealand was attended by far fewer fans than expected, the BCCI has directed all its energies towards the India-Pakistan spectacle.

The first 4 matches of the month-long tournament have already been finalized. New Zealand vs England, Pakistan vs Holland, Bangladesh vs Afghanistan and South Africa vs Sri Lanka meetings have already made history.

The tournament, which started on October 5, will conclude on October 19 with the final match at Narendra Modi Stadium.
